We know you're chomping at the bit to get your loan in front of thousands of niche lenders, but what's the fine print?

Let's try to keep this simple:
• We only work with professionals who have put effort, thought, and most likely money into their project already.
• We only work on asset-based projects that exceed $1m. If your request is less than that we can refer you to a partner.

Timeline:
• We will do our best to get at least 3 offers within the first week. We ask that you make your choice soon after, and no more than 4 weeks after our brokerage begins.
• Please respond promptly to requests for information and documents. Long and drawn-out applications are a burden on everybody and reduce the chances of successfully closing at your preferred rate.

Fees:
Our fee is the industry standard 1 point, paid at closing. We do NOT require exclusivity. If we don't bring you the best loan offer, we'll try again next time! However, we do expect the professional courtesy of being included in any future interactions between you and the lenders we introduce you to.

The lender offer you choose may have additional fees and requirements, and those will be disclosed in their offer.
